ABOUT WPI
Who We Are
WPI is a Treaty Three-based investment corporation owned by Lac Seul First Nation.
We exist to leverage our financial resources and build an economic legacy for future generations.
Our Mandate
Our mandate is to sustain a portfolio of profitable investments within our region. These investments will provide new opportunities for both our members and neighbours.
WPI Today
The WPI Board of Directors is composed of experienced practitioners in business, finance, accounting, and law, including leaders from within the First Nation
We are harnessing our knowledge and expertise to partner with existing businesses in the region, invest in business expansions, and support ground-level projects
WPI Going Forward
As we grow, we invite investment proposals from businesses and new developments in our region
We ask new proponents to complete a confidential information form, helping us understand the basics. If within our mandate, we will invite refinement of the proposal into a potential agreement
